Rise Up Residential specializes in acquiring, repurposing and developing safe and sustainable housing throughout Southern California. Our goal as a non profit is to address both the housing insecurity and homelessness crisis we face today, all while reducing our carbon footprint.

Housing Insecurity is the lack of security in an individual shelter that is the result of high housing costs relative to income, poor housing quality, unstable neighborhoods and overcrowding. Homelessness is an individual or family who lacks a fixed, regular and adequate nighttime residence, such as those living in emergency shelters or places not meant for habitation. Rise Up Residential’s goal is to develop eco-friendly, no cost, sustainable micro housing for those experiencing homelessness.
